The patented Roto-Rings® are designed to rotate 360° for safer tying down of equipment. This feature is only available on Eager Beaver trailers. The ring always offers maximum strength and security no matter which direction the force is applied. There is less wear on chains, binders and equipment.

Our high-tensile mainrails on all tagalongs are one piece and coldformed (no cutting, re-welding, or plating) extending from the front of the drawbar to the back of the trailer.

OAK DECK

On all trailers, crossmembers are pierced through the mainrails to ensure the lowest possible deck height and a more unitized frame. Oak decking is fastened to the crossmembers with bolts and deck washers making it easier to replace decking when required.
100% SEALED WIRING HARNESS

Standard on all Eager Beaver Trailers® is the USA "PLUS" (positive lock under seal) wiring harness. Its O-ring seal with dielectric grease prevents moisture from reaching connection terminals and its pin lock assures full connection and is difficult to remove once installed. There is no junction box or fuse box and the rubber mounted sealed lights have a much longer life expectancy.
ONE-PIECE CAST STEEL EYE HITCH

Our adjustable lunette eye hitch is specially made by Hensley and is strength tested at 275,000 lbs. This exclusive one-piece cast steel hitch is rated at five times stronger than any other on the market today. The "wrap-around" nose plate feature is standard on all Eager Beaver tagalongs and offers more strength than the standard method of butt - welding a flat plate to the ends of the mainrail.
